Allan Fine, creator of TONEATRONIC, has been a personal
trainer for 15 years and workout enthusiast for 25 years.
He doesn't believe in diets as almost all fail but rather
a non-diet approach to health and fitness using EMT
and Training. President of Toneatronic, he is the co-author
of "FITNESS
FOR LIFE" 70 DAY FITNESS & LIFESTYLE TRANSFORMATION
PROGRAM. and all EMT Toneatronic training manuals ("on-line
books"). He has trained and educated people in
EMT, exercise and nutrition for more than ten years.
Master degree in Personal training and Nutritional Counseling.
Allan Fine has CPT degrees in Exercise and Nutrition
from NFPT Personal Trainer Certification and Fitness
Education and is certified as a professional Personal
Trainer and Weight Management Specialist. Additional
professional education has included his first of many
Degrees in 1982 in Haute Esthetics and Body Treatments
from the Edith Serei School of Paris France. Professional
training from Slendertone in 1985 was for the application
of EMT treatment for body contouring and weight management.
The European Body Wrapping Training Academy rendered
a degree in 1987.
My ongoing goals.
For the last 5 years I have been exchanging ideas with
my weight loss clients and I have come to the almost
obvious conclusion that it is imperative that we must
start to teach our youth what good nutrition, good image
and good exercise habits are. Parents, teachers, Jr.
High and High school are failing the youth of today.
It is my goal to start doing large seminars for parents,
teachers, Jr. High and High schools on what good nutrition,
good image and good exercise habits are. To contact

Allan Fine's Philosophy.
"As a teenager, I always wanted to be a personal
trainer, to help people and make them understand how
exercise and nutrition work together. I have always
been interested in health and fitness, and my goal evolved
into teaching people how to make lifestyle changes so
that proper nutrition and exercise become a lifestyle
change. Thier lifestyle change had to be realized and
made. Not a temporary diet situation. EMT ( electronic
muscle therapy ) has made a huge impact on my life and
I wanted to share that information with the rest of
the world.
In the last 25 years I have talked to thousands of
men, women and teenagers of all ages shapes and sizes.
My greatest rewards come from clients who reach their
goals, be it the 120 lbs swimsuit model or a 300 over
weight person with many self esteem issues and obvious
health concerns. I believe that focusing on improving
day-to-day behaviors instead of relying on cures can
not only help people live longer and enjoy life more
but also drastically cut the billions of dollars that
Americans spend annually on health care.
People must realize that what nowadays the lack of
exercise , improper nutrition and the build up of toxins
are poisoning themselves with the fast paced fast food
lifestyle of the western countries we live in. Obesity
has become a epidemic in the west and my goal is to
educate and change the old habit to new ones. I have
discovered the fountain of youth by having my clients
train a total of 4 ½ hours a week in total and
using EMT therapy to do the rest . With a balanced eating
plan and education to complete my program . It works
for everyone I have tried it on who is willing to commit
to a lifestyle change for the rest of their lives.
I am living proof that it works and I am loving it.
I don't abuse or neglect my body and the result is I
am fit and healthy . Most people have a poor attitude
when it comes to thier health . Take someone who eats
poorly, who doesn't exercise, and who believes that
they have no control over their health.
Which would you rather be, someone who eats a healthy,
eats a well-balanced diet, who does regular core or
weight training and cardiovascular exercise, or someone
who is 30-50 lbs overweight and take no pride in thier
appearance.
Which would you rather be someone who believes in the
future or someone who lives in the past. take time to
take care of yourself it will pay off guarantee!!
You must be proactive in taking care of yourself or
who will? One in three people will get cancer today
and I find that unacceptable. why wait until you are
sick to do something about it now.! Smart nutrition
combined with strength training, stretching, and cardiovascular
exercise can help each of us develop a permanent, realistic
lifestyle that will translate into better health and
more peace of mind. That's why I became a personal trainer
and developed the Toneatronic On-line Fitness Program.
