are responsible for all shipping charges to and from
Toneatronic.
We will pay for warranty freight returns. Please include
a invoice with your return for what you paid to send
it back to us if you want to be reimbursed.
Warranty Freight Return in North America and Canada
is by Economy FedEx Ground Delivery or Economy
UPS Ground Delivery. We will only accept returns on
these conditions. All sales are final.
- The return must state clearly on the
paperwork or package that it is a returned item.
$0.00 value for customs or duty if shipping outside
Canada.
- The return must state Clearly that
it has no value $0.00 as it is a return for replacement.
- Do not ship to us via post office.
- If there is any kind of charge on the
return you must agree to pay for it before we will
re-ship your new unit.
- If these rules are not followed we
will not accept the return.
